WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic Postage

All orders are processed and shipped via Finnish Post within 1-2 business days. You should receive your order in 1-5 days.

International Postage

All international orders are processed and shipped via Finnish Post within 1-2 business days. You should receive your order within 14 days. Price does not include duty and tax fees for international orders.


If you do not receive your parcel within this time frame, please contact us at info@hallaxhalla.com.


EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Once you’ve received your Halla Halla swimwear and you try it on and realize that you would have actually wanted a different size, don’t worry!

All our Halla Halla products have a 14 day exchange and refund policy from the day you received your order. All you need to do is to contact us at returns@hallaxhalla.com within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. We will exchange or refund any clean, unworn, regularly priced swimwear that has been returned within 14 days. The product must have the tags still attached.


Returns & Exchanges inside Finland

Returns inside Finland: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchange and refund items. If you are exchanging your swimwear, Halla Halla will cover the delivery for your new item.


Returns & Exchanges outside Finland

Halla x Halla is not responsible for any shipping costs outside Finland.


Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
