The order confirmation arrives directly to the e-mail address provided during the order process. Please verify that your e-mail was entered correctly and check the different folders in your e-mail inbox, including junk and spam folders.

No worries hun, all items purchases on our webstore have a full 14-day return/exchange policy and that includes items that are on sale.


We do not need your bank account number as any returns are processed through our payment service provider Paytrail. When we receive your return shipment and have processed your return, you will receive a separate e-mail confirmation.


Unfortunately we do not have a return contract with the postal office, therefore, you will have to pay for shipping. We recommend sending your return as a normal Economy-letter by going to the post office.


The cost of the shipping is calculated per shipping and handling. A normal Economy letter depending on weight is around 2-4 euros and we want to account for that and any handling costs.

3. Is your e-mail address correct on the order form?
4. Are you outside of the 14-day exchange/return window?

If you are still unable to fill-out the return form, please send an e-mail to returns@hallaxhalla.com with your return information.


We changed our hygiene stickers from plastic to paper, so they are more delicate to tears. We will happily accept your exchange/return with a tear in the hygiene sticker.


This is completely ok, we are happy to cancel your return hun. Please send us an e-mail to returns@hallaxhalla.com to cancel your return form. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that won’t require a response.


Once your order has been processed we will send a you an email to the email address you have provided us including a link to track your shipment. If you for some reason do not receive this in your inbox please check you junk mail too.


Items purchased in the Summer Store do not have a return/exchange policy as you are able to try on the items at the store before purchasing them.


If the item is a tad snug / tight, the material will stretch after using it a few times. The material of our swimwear is made to hug you in all the right places. Our items are made for an active lifestyle which is why they feel snug to begin with and stretch a little bit when used but keeping their original form. We recommend a tighter fit in our swimwear.


If you are planning on using the swimwear for active use, then we recommend the tighter fit as the swimwear will stretch. However, if you are planning on using it more for relaxation then the larger size is a better option. Our products have been made snug.


Yes, all our items are protected from chlorine, so you are able to use it in swimming pools.
