WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic postage

All domestic orders in Finland are processed and shipped via the Finnish Post within 1-3 business days. You should receive your order in 2-7 days depending on the shipping method you choose (Economy / Express with tracking code).

International postage

All European orders are processed and shipped via DHL in 1-3 business days. You should receive your order within 7 days. Please note that the price does not include any duty or tax fees that you may incur in your country. You may be required to pay duty, VAT, or customs charges on your purchase. All international orders will receive shipping updates from DHL.

If you do not receive your package within this time frame described previously, please contact us at info@hallaxhalla.com.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Once you’ve received your Halla Halla swimwear, you try it on and realize that you need a different size, don’t worry hun!

All our Halla Halla items have a 14-day exchange and return policy from the day you receive your order.

We will exchange or refund any clean, unworn, regularly priced swimwear that has been returned within 14 days. The product must have its hygiene sticker and the tags still attached. For exchanges and returns please allow us 1-3 days to process your exchange or return after we have received it.

Exchange & refund policy on domestic orders (inside Finland)

If you wish to return your item please fill out the online return form before you ship your item back to us so we know exactly how to process your return.

If you wish to exchange your item please send us a message to returns@hallaxhalla.com before you ship your item back to us so we know exactly how to process your exchange.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges and returns. We will not refund the shipping costs of your order if you are returning your item. If you are exchanging your swimwear, Halla Halla will cover the delivery cost for your new item.

If you wish to return or exchange your item please send us a message to returns@hallaxhalla.com before you ship your item back to us so we know exactly how to process your exchange / return.

Halla Halla is not responsible for any shipping costs outside of Finland. Please contact us at returns@hallaxhalla.com if you have any questions.

Incorrect order or manufacturing error

If you happen to receive an incorrect order or notice a manufacturing error on your item, please contact us directly at info@hallaxhalla.com and we will help resolve your issue as fast as possible.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
